I placed my order and thought, okay, now I’ll probably be waiting a bit for the confirmation. But nope, it came through faster than I expected. It was even processed the same day, which was a nice surprise. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because the tracking update showed up a little later than I was hoping, and I kept checking like, alright, where is it? Other than that, smooth experience.

I was excited to try this discovery set, but for me, the samples came across weak. I like scents that give me enough of an impression to really understand them, and these just felt too faint to get a good feel for what each one was supposed to be.

My package showed up in really good condition, which I appreciated. I know it might sound like a small thing, but I’ve had enough orders arrive dented or leaking that I always check right away. This one was packed well, the box looked clean, and everything inside was totally fine. Definitely glad it came safely

I ordered this from penhaligons.com and, the bottle looks really nice on my shelf. It has that classic, slightly fancy feel without seeming too over the top. The packaging was sturdy and everything arrived safely, though I’d say there was maybe a bit more box than was really needed. It still felt nice to open, but it did seem slightly overpacked to me. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because it’s very and feels special, just not quite perfect packaging-wise

The description was close, but it wasn’t perfect. It was close enough, I guess, but there were still a few little things that didn’t match up. Not a huge deal, but yeah, not perfect. I just wish the details had been a bit more accurate because it was mostly right, just not completely right.

I expected a lot more from Penhaligon’s. For a brand with that kind of reputation, I thought there would be a wider mix of scents to explore, but the range felt surprisingly limited to me.
A lot of them came across similar, almost like they were all aiming to feel expensive and sophisticated but not actually offering much individuality. I was hoping to find something fresh, clean, or a bit more understated, and nothing really felt like it had its own honest character.
At the prices they charge, I do think there’s a responsibility to give customers real choice and not just rely on the name. Maybe it works for some people, but I left feeling disappointed and I don’t think I’d bother going back.

I ordered from Penhaligon's and the delivery was really smooth. I got the tracking email quickly, and the parcel turned up exactly when it said it would. I was expecting maybe a bit of a delay, or actually no, it was all just straightforward. The box arrived in good condition too, so no complaints from me. Happy with how easy it was overall.

I thought I was getting a discount, but then it just disappeared at checkout. You get all the way to the end thinking the promo actually worked, and then nope. it feels unfair.

I’ve picked up a couple from Penhaligon’s you can just tell they’re made with nicer ingredients. They don’t have that cheap, sharp smell some perfumes get after a while. One of them dries down really soft on my skin, and I could still kind of smell it on my clothes the next day, which was nice. They’re definitely not cheap, but for what you’re getting, I didn’t feel bad about it. I’d give it 5 stars...

I had an issue with my order where the delivery info just wasn’t updating, which was frustrating and a bit disappointing. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me the next day, which was good, and they managed to sort it without loads of back and forth. It did take longer than I’d hoped, but at least it was fixed in the end.

I really liked the smell at first—it’s clean and pleasant without being too much. The weird thing I remember is putting it on right before making toast, and by the time I’d finished breakfast, I could barely smell it anymore. Nice while it lasts, just wish it stuck around longer.
